Once a fish farm and a bar
The Aux Étangs story began forty years ago with the opening of a restaurant. Back then it served a short menu for just sixteen covers.
Today the restaurant offers refined, contemporary cooking, with a light-filled veranda and a terrace in the shade of the plane trees.
And for an unusual arrival: you can land by helicopter on the estate. They also arrange various helicopter activities.

Enjoy the light during a daytime meal, and the fine mirror effect the veranda creates in the evening. In the kitchen, the chef and his brigade sign a seasonal menu.
